Our story

By day I write software. By night I bake honey cake the slow way.

Nine thin layers, each rolled and baked on its own. Caramel cream between every one. Then the hardest step: nothing. The cake rests a full night while the layers soak and turn soft.

Before software, I worked in a professional restaurant kitchen. Some habits stay: weigh everything, rush nothing.

That’s the theory. Every slice is the proof.
